MAD DOG chop shop - how to cut down your long slalom boat to new ICF minimum length rule.
create temporary cardboard mold on nose (lined with clear tape to prevent adhesion)  to help form the newly created kevlar inner seam

Now just glass on a few layers of composite materials
mask off deck and hull with clear tape, to prevent resin from adhering as it runs under the cellaphane

grind to shape with dragonskin
spray in insulating spray foam
remove the cardboard on tip, and cut down new seam to about 1/2"
cover with saran wrap, and tape it tight.

I cut  8 1/2" off bow, and 11" off stern.
